NMLS Directory
The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) is designed to enhance consumer protection and reduce fraud by setting minimum standards for mortgage loan originator licensing and registration. All of our experienced lenders are registered with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Each has a unique identifier, which signifies their active registration as licensed mortgage loan originators (MLOs).
NMLS is the legal system of record for licensing. It is the official and sole system for companies and individuals seeking to apply for, amend, renew and surrender licenses managed in the NMLS. It was created by the Conference of State Bank and the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators. The system has been built and maintained by FINRA (Financial Industry Regulator Authority).
Peoples Exchange Bank employees who are registered as mortgage loan originators are listed below. For more information about mortgage loan originators who are either registered or licensed, please visit www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org. Contact us or visit your local branch for additional information about the SAFE Act or the NMLS employee registration requirements.
